This role reports to the Deputy Head of Composite Design or their designee and is based in Maranello, Italy. The role supports the delivery and contribution of departmental and organisational objectives. Responsible for supporting day?to?day operations within their area of responsibility, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and performance. Key Responsibilities
Role?Specific Responsibilities
Collaborate in planning and strategy of component development and race introduction;
Design and development of F1 Car components;
Seek continuous improvement in the design of components with prime focus on car performance;
Contribute to composite design group workload plans in consultation with business partners;
Contribute to concept development in relation to composite design;
Liaise with Race Team concerning reliability and relevant composite design revisions;
Perform necessary research and development functions.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering required;
Minimum 5 years of experience which must be in a professional motorsports' environment with design experience;
Some FEA experiences are also a plus.
