The ideal candidate should have good hands-on experience with bWindows environments /b along with a basic understanding of bVMware/ESXi, server troubleshooting, data center operations, and cabling /b. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide onsite bL2 IT support /b and basic troubleshooting for servers and IT infrastructure. /liliTroubleshoot bWindows-related issues /b and perform basic system checks. /liliHave basic knowledge of bVMware ESXi and VMware technologies /b. /liliPerform basic troubleshooting when a server or system is down, including checking connections and interfaces. /liliPerform basic bdata center management /b activities. /liliHandle and track bnetwork/server cabling /b and identify cable connections between equipment. /liliAssist with connecting and replacing network/server interfaces as required. /liliPerform basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting. /liliCoordinate with remote teams and local site contacts for issue resolution. /liliFollow standard troubleshooting procedures and escalate complex issues when required.
