It's the perfect role for someone who wants to understandhow a complex system really works, not just a small part of it.What You'll Do (and why it's exciting)Design the architecture of Radar systems operating in real?world scenarios.Manage interfaces across RF, electronics, software, power — a mix that accelerates your growth.Write and review technical documentation that actually matters (SRS, ICD, V&V;).
Work with suppliers, internal teams,



and industrial partners.Participate in integration and testing — you'll see the system come to life.Contribute to configuration management and non?conformity resolution.This is a role where youdon't work on a "piece"— you work on thesystem .
Who We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Mechanical or similar).1+ years of experience working with complex systems (automotive, avionics, railway also welcome).
Strong Italian and English skills.Curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to learn.Core SkillsSystem Engineering: requirements, V?model, interface management.Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.Hardware/software integration.Solid technical problem?solving.Clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.Nice?to?Have SkillsExperience with Radar, RF, or advanced sensing.MBSE / SysML (Cameo, Capella).
Scripting (Python, MATLAB) for analysis or automation.Electronic or telecom engineering background.What We OfferSalary range: 35k€–45k€, based on experience.Permanent contract.Growth paths toward System Lead or Technical Specialist.Real, long?term, complex projects — not "intern?level tasks".
