MAIRE is looking for a Sustainability Reporting, Performance And Disclosure Junior Analyst to join Group Sustainability Reporting, Performance And Disclosure Department The role contributes to the development and strengthening of the Group’s sustainability reporting and ESG compliance framework, in alignment with evolving European regulations (including CSRD/ESRS) and internal governance processes. It offers exposure to sustainability reporting activities at the intersection of data management, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Support in the preparation of ESG disclosures and related documentation;
- Contribution to materiality analyses and ESG risk and opportunity assessments within structured frameworks;
- Assistance in the development and maintenance of internal control processes over sustainability data;
- Collaboration with internal functions to collect, validate, and align ESG information;
- Ensuring data traceability, consistency, and audit readiness;
- Use of structured datasets and digital reporting tools to support data integrity, analysis, and process standardization;
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, methodologies, and tools
Requirements and Skills
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Sustainability or Management Engineering:
- Knowledge or interest in ESG topics and sustainability regulations (including CSRD/ESRS);
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach to information;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data modelling;
- Confidence in working with AI digital tools and structured datasets;
- Strong organizational and documentation skills;
- fluent English speaker and writer.
- Suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience

Compensation The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 31.000.
1. The compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio.
