Join our global Finance team and play a key role in driving financial transparency, profitability, and performance across an international and rapidly evolving organization.As a Global Finance & Business Controller, you will partner with business leaders worldwide, providing financial analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making, optimize performance, and contribute to sustainable growth.In this role, you will:Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, transparent, and timely financial reportingSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities across global operationsAnalyze financial performance, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow, revenues, costs, and profitabilityProvide valuable insights into business drivers, identifying trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport revenue recognition activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policiesMonitor inventory performance, stock valuations, and provisions, helping drive operational efficiencyInvestigate financial variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actionsPrepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior stakeholdersContribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools, and financial governanceWe are seeking a proactive and analytical finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset.You bring:A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldSolid experience in financial controlling, business finance, FP&A;, or financial reportingStrong knowledge of financial statements, profitability analysis,



and performance controllingUnderstanding of Revenue Recognition principles and related accounting requirementsExperience with SAP S/4HANAKnowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and business analytics is considered a strong advantageAdvanced Excel and data analysis capabilitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detailThe ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsItalian language skills are considering a strong assetCompensation DetailsThe employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level between B2/B3 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € ******.The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.The total compensation package also includes a variable premio linked to individual and company targets.Why Join Us?
