This role sits at the intersection o f software development, quality, customer experience, and supplier manageme nt, driving quality excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will be a key advocate for the customer, helping engineering teams identify risks early, prioritize critical issues, and continuously improve software quality through data-driven decisions. Define and monitor Software Quality Development indicators across all project phases Proactively detect, escalate,
and resolve quality risks to protect project milestones and customer satisfaction Support engineering teams in achieving quality objectives from development through launch Represent the Voice of the Customer Bring customer expectations and quality requirements into project decision-making Ensure customer feedback is translated into concrete improvement actiions Coordinate structured issue prioritization activities with engineering teams Use warranty, validation, survey and defect data to focus efforts on the most critical issues Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring effective implementation and closure Strengthen Supplier & Partner Quality Support suppliers and partners in achieving quality convergence targets Ensure alignment with Stellantis quality expectations from the earliest project phases Promote Continuous Improvement Deploy lessons learned from field issues, warranty data and benchmarking activities Leverage post-launch performance data to improve future programs Your Qualification, Skills and Experience Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field More than 10 years of experience in Quality or Project Management Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools Experience with Infotainment, Displays and/or Clusters in an OEM or Tier 1 environment Ability to troubleshoot interactions between on-board and off-board systems Fluent English and Italian (at least B2) Comfortable operating in a global environment and reporting to senior management CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
