ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Principal Quality Operations Specialist interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices.
They may be tasked with solving complex operations-related problems and will work independently with minimal guidance.
The Principal Quality Operations Specialist may be responsible for leading functional teams or projects and is regarded as a specialist in the field of operations.
As such, they must have in-depth expertise in operations and broad knowledge of the operations discipline within the quality function.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview contract scope of work, specification, Project Execution Plan, and accepted qualifications and identify unique requirements or special processes during the project that require control for effective examination reliability /li liDirect, supervise, and participate in the activities of the Project Management Team to ensure product quality /li liInitiate Quality Planning by consulting the proactive and preventive measures identified and evaluate the effectiveness of the Project Quality Plan/procedures necessary to achieve product quality /li liInitiate Fit for Purpose evaluation for non-conforming items /li liAssure through proper utilization of resources and audit verification of the effective execution of the Project Quality Plan /li liCoordinate daily with the quality team to ensure adequate resources are available for day-to-day activities.
Provide mentoring and coaching to the team as required for each discipline.
/li liWhen required, Develop a Project Quality Plan to cover all customer requirements to a level of detail necessary to ensure integration within the Project Quality Plan /li liLiaise with the project Personnel and Customers to ensure that Quality problems are addressed and technically resolved /li liOversee the As-Built Project Certification as it is progressed through work approval packages and monitor the progress/status of mechanical completion /li liPrepare Quality related 'lessons-learned' through project Close-out Report /li liConduct Readiness Review meetings with all QA/QC disciplines /li liParticipate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of Project Quality data /li liPrepare weekly MOM, Monthly reports (QMR), Project specific Inspection Assignment documents /li liPlan and arrange for Pre-Inspection Meeting along with the Manager Assurance, Quality Inspectors Expeditor, Package Manager, Supplier, and Client /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in relevant field of study preferred /li li10+ years in a relevant field related to EPC /li liLead auditor certification and experience preferred /liliProficient with computers and Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
