pTitle: bDealer Auditor /b /ppbr/ppbJOB DESCRIPTION: /b /ppbr/ppThe role will support the Dealer Audit organization in bplanning, executing, and reporting audit results associated with dealership warranty activities /b.
Audits are primarily conducted to ensure the consistent application of Stellantis warranty policies and procedures while maintaining accuracy and fairness across the dealer network.
/ppThe Dealer Auditor will also be responsible for bpreparing and communicating audit-related information /b, such as bnotification letters and specialized reports detailing audit results /b, and in maintaining the audit tools.
/ppAdditionally, the Dealer Auditor will maintain oversight of bStellantis' warranty policies and programs, performing root cause analysis, recommending corrective actions, and identifying opportunities to improve internal and external processes /b and system functionality.
/ppThe candidate will be based in Turin , with travel up to 100%, and will report to a Dealer Audit Lead Auditor.
/ppCandidates may be requested to assist with other dealer audit activities (e.g. Sales).
/ppbr/ppbBASIC QUALIFICATIONS: /b /ppbr/pp· Master's Degree /pp· bA minimum of 5 years /b professional working experience in Auditing, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance, or related technical automotive industry experience /pp· Automotive (Technical) – In-depth knowledge of automotive technical information systems and repair/diagnostic procedures.
/pp· Strong computer skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (O365 / Online Collaboration Version)
/pp· General understanding of the franchised dealership model /pp· Quantitative, analytical, and detail-oriented /pp· Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) /pp· Knowledge of risk management, control objectives/activities, and automated/manual controls /pp· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in bItalian and English /b /pp· Flexible and adaptable to changing business environments and job responsibilities /pp· Valid driver's license /pp· Availability to travel up to 100% /ppbr/ppbPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: /b /ppbr/pp· Prior bAudit experience /b (financial, compliance, operational, or dealership/franchise) /pp· Experience with automotive OEM dealership management systems /pp· Experience with highly automated/digital processes; including but not limited to auditing techniques, claims processing, and optical recognition software /pp· Experience researching, implementing, or authoring technical requirements, policies/procedures, and other governing documents /pp· Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, or PMP Certification /pp· Advanced Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related degree /ppbr/ppbOFFER: /b /ppbr/pullibSalary range: from €****** to €****** /b, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
