SALES ASSISTANT_Roma Reports to: Sales Manager Type of Contract: Tempo parziale 30h Salary: €18.500-€18.750 Main duties: To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role

To maximize sales for the store

• To develop enduring relationships with clients

• To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request

• To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy

• To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices

• To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance

• To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history

• To handle returns of merchandise

• To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard

• To support the team on the general operations of the store





• To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria

• To operate cash registers and close daily revenues

• To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
