The opportunity :

AC PRIVATE, an ultra-luxury private concierge house dedicated to confidential lifestyle services, is seeking an exceptional Personal Shopper (M/F) to serve a discerning private clientele — HNWI, UHNWI and family offices — in Milan. At the heart of the Fashion Quadrilateral and Via Montenapoleone, you embody the taste, discretion and excellence of an A-list house that works by referral only.

This is not a sales role: you are the personal style advisor, the editorial eye and the trusted link between our clients and the greatest luxury houses.

Your Responsibilities

- Curate and orchestrate a bespoke wardrobe : ready-to-wear, haute couture, footwear, leather goods, fine watches and high jewellery.
- Secure the inaccessible : limited editions, runway pre-orders, private showroom and atelier access, after-hours boutique appointments.
- Cultivate an exceptional network : boutique directors, VIC managers, designers, couture houses and master artisans.
- Accompany the client in Milan and internationally : private fittings, personal styling, event and red-carpet preparation.
- Handle every request with absolute discretion and impeccable service.

Required Profile

- Proven experience in personal shopping, styling or VIC advisory within a luxury house.
- Intimate knowledge of the luxury world, of trends and of UHNWI codes.
- An established network among the prestige boutiques and houses of the Fashion Quadrilateral and Via Montenapoleone.
- Natural elegance, fashion culture and a keen eye for detail.




- International mobility and fluent French and English; a further language is an asset.
