Overview

Senior Full Stack Product Engineer to evolve WeRoad's Supply Platform across front-end and back-end. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement scalable features aligned with UX/UI designs. You’ll influence architecture decisions and performance improvements to enhance user experience for a multi-market audience. This role combines product impact with hands-on delivery in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Responsabilità

- Develop front-end and back-end solutions for end users and administrators following UX/UI designs with quality and scalability in mind
- Contribute to architectural decisions based on business logic and requirements, managing technical complexity




- Improve user experience and product quality through delivery of robust features

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4–5+ years of autonomous project delivery and stakeholder coordination
- Experience in tech leadership and delivering backend/frontend solutions
- Autonomy in managing requirements and delivery
- Outcome- and product-driven mindset
- Delivery management and Agile practices
- Collaborates with Product and Design to translate business requirements into solutions
- Familiar with AI in development workflows (AI IDEs and CLIs)
