Overview

In this role you will develop and execute a migration strategy for the EBI Temaline installed base to a next-generation Honeywell access control platform. You will lead modernization efforts, ensuring deep integration with EBI and alignment with the B2B service strategy. The position reports to the EBI Portfolio Director and is based in Milan with flexible remote work. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless, future-ready access control solution that meets evolving customer needs and business objectives. Responsabilità

- Develop and manage the full portfolio lifecycle and migration plan for Temaline to the new access control platform




- Oversee modernization program lifecycle including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure integration and functionality with EBI systems
- Serve as subject matter expert on Temaline transformation and EBI integration
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost product performance and customer satisfaction during and after migration

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 10 years of proven product management experience
- Strong knowledge of the Temaline access control platform and its integration with EBI
- Good program management skills with experience managing complex modernization initiatives
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions
