Responsabilità

- Translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions and lead complex transformation programs
- Drive delivery and adoption of data, analytics and AI products with stakeholders and partners
- Modernize data platforms, analytics capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions while balancing innovation, scalability and governance
- Promote responsible, ethical,



and trusted use of data and AI across functions and ensure governance and compliance
- Bridge business and technology to enable cross-functional collaboration and sustainable execution

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years in Data & Analytics, AI, Data Products, BI or related transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and translate needs into scalable data/AI solutions
- Strong knowledge of modern data architectures and analytics platforms; Power BI, Python, Snowflake or Databricks a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong business mindset with focus on measurable impact
- Fluency in English; experience in international, dynamic environments
