Overview

As an ASPIRE Finance Associate, you will rotate through corporate finance domains such as FP&A;, commercial finance, supply chain finance, treasury, and investor relations. You’ll receive structured career development, mentoring, and formal finance training to accelerate your growth. You’ll contribute to business outcomes while networking globally and leading cross-functional initiatives. The program emphasizes international experiences and collaboration with global leaders to solve critical business challenges. Responsabilità

- Participate in rotations across corporate finance areas (FP&A;, commercial, supply chain, treasury, IR)
- Engage in structured career development activities and receive coaching
- Complete formal training in finance, accounting, business and leadership
- Contribute to business outcomes through project work and initiatives
- Network globally and collaborate cross-functionally with peers and leaders

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent completed within the last 24 months
- GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0
- English fluency and legal right to work without sponsorship
- Geographic mobility (locations vary)
- Prior internship experience in corporate finance
