Overview

In this role you support the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager in shaping innovative projects for the Kinder Bueno brand. You’ll work across new product development, market research interpretation, and briefs coordination to ensure alignment with brand objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to industrialize projects, analyze consumer insights, and help optimize the marketing mix across markets. This is a hands-on, development-focused position in a dynamic, international setting with meaningful brand impact.

Responsabilità

- Support strategic development of medium- and long-term innovations for the brand
- Collaborate with Laboratories, Packaging Development, Controlling and Operations to ensure timely project milestones
- Assist CSU consumer research processes and analyze qualitative/quantitative results
- Coordinate samples, mock-ups, and external agencies for project support
- Prepare briefs for design/communication agencies and evaluate proposals
- Manage external suppliers for mock-ups, artworks, and shoots




- Contribute to Piano Statico execution to maximize market impact and share brand guidelines
- Support launch planning and market testing across countries
- Contribute to full marketing mix development considering insights, dynamics and profitability
- Conduct global marketplace analyses to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist legal/regulatory activities including ingredient lists, nutrition info, and trademark processes

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Marketing
- first experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Innovation or related commercial function (plus)
- strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
- interest in consumer behavior, innovation and brand development
- solid project management and organizational capabilities
- strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- fluency in English
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
