Adecco – Divisione Sales & Marketing is looking for a Sales Agent for the Salerno area, to be included in a prestigious company in the Beauty sector. If you are a dynamic, enterprising person, with a strong passion for communication and commercial challenges, this is the opportunity for you! Join the team of agents and contribute to the growth of a recognized and innovative brand. Main responsibilities:

- Acquisition of new customers and development of the assigned territory
- Support for partners in the purchasing process and after-sales, with a focus on sell-out
- Preparation of offers and commercial proposals
- Post-sales consulting and retention of acquired customers
- Management of relationships with potential and consolidated customers

Required skills:

- Minimum experience in the role




- Car owner
- VAT number or willingness to open one
- Preferable experience in the beauty sector
- Good knowledge of the Office package

Personal skills:

- Experience in direct sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamism and entrepreneurial spirit
- Negotiation skills
