ppAt FlyingBasket, we aim to make aerial lifting and transport affordable to all industries. /p pAs we scale production, we’re looking for a Build Reliability Engineer to take our in-house manufacturing to the next level— from small-scale manufacturing to industrial series production. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop manufacturing, integration, assembly and testing processes, ensuring consistency across work centers. /li liDevelop training for production and inspection processes, ensuring efficient and stable quality at increasing production volumes. /li liDevelop and execute test plans. /li liOversee and control quality escapes to ensuresystemic issues are corrected and risk is managed for the fleet. /li liWork closely with the team to improve Design For Manufacturing and requirement fulfillment. /li liConduct build quality reviews to identify repeat and high impact issues. Drive corrective action within and outside of your work center.br/ /li /ul h3Must Have /h3 ul liExperience with production scale-up in hardware/manufacturing sector /li liHands‑on experience with manufacturing tools, process automation, and optimization. /li liStrong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, lead times, and logistics challenges. /li liKnowledge of testing quality assurance processesfor electronic/electromechanical systems.
