YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define the embedded software roadmap aligned with company strategy, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements, translating insights into new product opportunities
- Translate market needs into product requirements and prioritize the software backlog together with R&D; teams
- Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, Service, Sales, and Marketing throughout the software lifecycle to optimize cross-functional processes, ensure alignment, and communicate development status, timelines, and releases effectively
- Support the creation of technical documentation such as user guides and software manuals, including release notes and knowledge bases
- Develop customer-facing material, sales enablement content, and deliver product presentations and training sessions both for sales and customers, when required
- Monitor software performance and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Degree in Electronics, Automation, Software, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
- Previous years of professional experience in a technical and customer-facing role
- Knowledge of the EV charging industry, EV charging technologies, OCPP, and charging protocols
- Familiarity with load and energy management, networking, and cybersecurity concepts
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian are a plus

- Total compensation starting from € 64.000 gross per year, including a 30% variable premio based on goal achievement
