Adecco Italia Spa is looking for Sales Assistants, belonging to protected categories, for Mondo Convenienza, a leading company in the furniture sector, highly motivated with a great passion for the world of Retail and furniture. In the role of sales assistant you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming and supporting customers in identifying the right furniture solution;
- Creating the desired environment design thanks to the 3CAD software;
- Proposing adequate services to the customer, facilitating them in the initial phase of the shopping experience through payment and/or financing;
- Collaborating with the entire team, demonstrating an orientation towards learning and achieving set goals;
- Ensuring that the exhibition space is constantly tidy and organized, guaranteeing company standards.





The ideal candidate has a Diploma and/or Degree, preferably with previous experience in assisted sales. Knowledge of design software will be a preferential title. Listening and organizational skills, dynamism, flexibility, attention to detail and aesthetic taste complete the profile. An initial fixed-term part-time contract of 20/24 hours morning/afternoon is offered, which includes a paid tempo parziale training period, both theoretical and practical, lasting 5/6 weeks. Classification: 5th Level CCNL Commercio Continuous updates will be provided to ensure constant professional development aimed at contractual stabilization. Working hours availability: Part Time morning, Part Time afternoon, Weekend and holiday availability
