Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Senior Sales Engineer who
combines in-depth technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and sales
skills. You will provide pre-sales technical support to Mimecast sales teams,
reseller partners, and customers, helping position our services effectively and
overcome technical objections. Most of your work will focus on pre-sales
activity, with opportunities to support key customer engagements, train sales
teams,



collaborate with Product Management, and participate in marketing events
as the business continues to evolve.

What You'll Do

* Provide technical pre-sales support across customer and reseller partner
opportunities.
* Engage technical stakeholders to position Mimecast services clearly, build
understanding, and address technical objections.
* Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, including to senior
customer contacts.
* Prepare formal RFP responses and strategic, high-level implementation plans.
* Partner closely with sales colleagues throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
* Work with the Service Delivery team to support complex solutions and oversee
the implementation and success of pre-sales proofs of concept.
* Contribute to key customer engagements and help train sales teams on Mimecast
products.
* Collaborate with Product Management and technology partners, and participate
in marketing
