Talent Manager – Vision AgencyVision Agency is looking for a Talent Manager to join our team and support the management, growth, and development of our creators.

We’re looking for someone who truly understands TikTok, Instagram, creator culture, and influencer marketing, and knows how to turn trends and creative ideas into real growth opportunities.

As a Talent Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a selected roster of creators, working closely with both the talents and the Vision team to help them strengthen their positioning and take their careers to the next level.

What you’ll do:

- Manage and support creators on a daily basis
- Develop growth strategies for TikTok and Instagram
- Build and oversee content strategies and editorial plans
- Identify trends, formats, and new content opportunities
- Coordinate brand collaborations, campaigns, and events
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Help creators improve their content, positioning, and personal brand




- Work closely with the Vision team on talent development

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who is highly organized, proactive, creative, and deeply connected to social media culture. You should be able to spot trends early, understand what makes content perform, and build strong relationships with creators.

Previous experience in talent management, influencer marketing, social media, or the creator economy is a plus, but we’re also open to talented people with strong industry knowledge and the ambition to grow with us.

Work setup: Remote

Schedule: Flexible
