This role is responsible for local E2E demand and supply planning process, leading local collaboration with service provider on short term supply and enhancing the Sales and Operations Planning (SOP / IBP) for Italy Ice Cream Frozen Food business. Italy Ice Cream Demand Planning Manager is leading the demand forecasting process and ensures alignment between commercial, supply chain, and finance teams. This role is critical in driving forecast accuracy, ensuring right service levels, optimizing inventory levels, minimizing business waste and supporting strategic decision-making to meet customer demand efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring that the company can meet customer demand efficiently while minimizing costs cash and maximizing service levels. /p h3What You'll Be Responsible For /h3 ul liForecast Management: Develop and maintain accurate short-,



medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using machine learning models / AI driven forecasting tools, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs. /li liSOP Leadership: Lead the demand planning component of the Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process, ensuring alignment across commercial, supply, and finance functions. /li liCollaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights on promotions, product launches, and market trends. Lead the link to service provider teams for short term service as well as demand planning. /li liPerformance Monitoring: Track forecast accuracy and bias; implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast reliability. /li liService and Inventory Optimization: Support inventory planning by balancing service levels, working capital, and supply constraints while minimizing business waste. /li liData Systems: Lead implementation adoption of new TMICC tech and tools (Kinaxis) and analytics platforms to drive data-driven decisions /li /ul h3We're Looking For Someone Who /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) /li liMinimum of 10 years of experience in demand planning and SOP. /li liStrong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP, machine learning tools, and demand planning software /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. /li liLanguages: Italian and English mandatory /li liThinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results /li liIs comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation /li liValues collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working /li liYou are an inclusive motivator of people.
