The multi-site People Partner is the HR leader responsible for our 5 industrial
paper bags plants in Italy (~280 employees) in the provinces of Bergamo,
Macerata and Catania. She/he will lead a small team to help drive a positive &
productive culture, build an environment of trust and accountability, and
deliver HR excellence and process improvement. This role is the primary point of
contact for the managers and employees and provides expertise and guidance in
the areas of culture and performance and talent management, talent development
and learning, compensation, conflict management, employee relations and
leadership coaching. The multi-site People Partner executes the HR strategy in
support of the client’s business objectives and the Mondi HR strategy &
objectives and is a connected partner for the sites leadership teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Serve as a strong functional partner to the MD and to drive cohesive
decision-making, foster collaboration, and drive the development and
execution of key HR initiatives that align with business goals and Mondi HR
strategy
* Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to managers and employees with
specific focus on: employee advocacy/engagement, employee relations
management, performance management, career development, talent assessment,
acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate
* Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for
questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates
concerns beyond their scope to relevant stakeholders.
* Partner closely with the MD, HR Business Partners, Country/Regional HR
Leaders and HR CoE professionals to drive a cohesive and aligned HR agenda
and execute business-specific HR strategies
* Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent
application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100%
compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
