We are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join our Customer Applications and Integration Competence Center and become part of our team based in Calderara di Reno (BO).

MISSION
The position offers hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms from day one, primarily SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce, in a global enterprise environment. The candidate will work alongside experienced IT colleagues and business process owners, contributing to platform evolution, functional analysis, and application initiatives.




A strong learning attitude and curiosity are valued more than prior platform-specific experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to solution analysis and design activities on SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce, working alongside senior colleagues and business process owners.
Participate in application initiatives and delivery activities, coordinating with internal colleagues and external system integrators.
Develop familiarity with enterprise processes and how Customer Applications support global customer-facing operations across regions and business units.
Support operational issue analysis and resolution, coordinating with external system integrators when needed.
Develop familiarity with the integration landscape connecting Customer Applications to backend systems such as SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and external partners.
