Join us and discover what happens behind the scenes of a leading skincare brand. As a Shopper & Customer Marketing Intern, you'll help transform consumer insights into impactful in-store experiences, support product launches, and work closely with teams shaping the future of skincare.

What You'll Do:

Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including promotions, and in-store campaigns
Analyze monthly sales and product performance data
Identify opportunities for growth and share recommendations with the team
Track campaign effectiveness and help optimize future initiatives
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure trade activities align with brand priorities and commercial objectives
Contribute ideas and insights during cross-functional meetings
Support the development of clear, visually appealing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners
Monitor competitor activities, industry innovations,



and consumer trends
Share actionable insights to help keep our brands relevant and competitive
Learn, grow, and develop: participate in training sessions and development opportunities to build expertise in trade marketing, retail activation, and commercial strategy

Your Profile

University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Passion for skincare, beauty and consumer trends
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong organization and communication skills
Fluency in Italian and English
Previous internship or experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales is a plus
