LHH Our client is an international cosmetics manufacturing company experiencing continuous growth and investing in the evolution of its finance organization, operational processes and digital transformation roadmap. To strengthen the finance team, the company is seeking an Accounting, Reporting & Industrial Controlling Partner who will contribute to financial governance, business performance monitoring and ERP-driven process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities The selected candidate will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting records and financial reporting.
- Support statutory financial statements preparation and external audit processes.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and monitor accounting controls.
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages and financial analyses.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
- Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying key business drivers and variances.
- Monitor profitability, margins and operational KPIs.
- Support industrial controlling activities, including production cost analysis, inventory valuation and manufacturing performance monitoring.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement teams to improve business performance and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to ERP enhancement and implementation projects.
- Support process optimization, automation and finance transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with headquarters and international stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate finance standards and reporting requirements.

Your Profile





Candidates meeting the following requirements will be taken into consideration:

- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Reporting and Controlling roles;
- Proven experience within manufacturing companies is mandatory;
- Previous experience in the cosmetics industry is highly preferred;
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and statutory closing activities;
- Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting;
- Strong understanding of industrial controlling, standard costing, inventory valuation and manufacturing KPIs;
- Experience in ERP implementation, enhancement or finance transformation projects;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems;
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix and international environment;
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Hands-on approach combined with a business partnering mindset;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
