Safilo is looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources Department in our Padova Headquarters, looking after the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, partnering with the business to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. The role will have full ownership of the employee lifecycle,



supporting assigned business functions and ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives in an international environment.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business areas, building strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, performance management, organizational changes and HR policies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and job definition to sourcing, interviewing, offer management and hiring.
Draft and maintain job descriptions in collaboration with Line Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through multiple recruitment channels and professional networks.
Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes with hiring managers and external partners.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
