Manage general procurement activities based on internal Business Unit needs. Order Management: Prepare purchase order documentation and support suppliers through the entire process, from initial quotation to final billing configuration in the system. Tracking & Delivery: Monitor ongoing purchase orders to ensure smooth, on-time delivery. Administrative Support: Assist with contract management, document archiving, and general operational support. Requirements & Qualifications Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of general working experience (experience in procurement or supply chain is preferred, but not strictly required). Language Skills: Native Italian speaker with fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus, but not necessary.
