Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving sustainability performance in your assigned area of responsibility. Each day,
you will support the implementation of the group-wide sustainability strategy and business-specific priorities by applying in-depth knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also showcase your expertise by providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within your own unit and across ABB.

This role is contributing to the smart power division in Bergamo.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assisting in the implementation of sustainability related initiatives to the division supply chain and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as required.
- Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific programs and practices to ensure a strong focus on sustainability matters, across your respective organization.
