Your Role and Responsibilities




- Implementation and updating of Organizational Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and support for the activities of the Supervisory Body;
- Design and implementation of delegation and power of attorney systems;
- Assistance in the design, development, and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs (including but not limited to: health and safety in the workplace pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008; ESG; environmental compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 "Environmental Consolidated Law", etc.).

Our Requirements
You fit the profile we are looking for if you are a lawyer with at least five years of post-qualification experience specifically in Corporate Compliance, have fluent English, and a lot of drive.
