driving both strategic sourcing initiatives and operational purchasing activities.
Strategic Sourcing & Category ManagementManage procurement activities for Facility Management and Auxiliary Services categories (cleaning, security, canteen, vending, waste management, landscaping, maintenance, and general services).Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies aligned with business needs, ensuring cost optimization, service excellence, and compliance.
Lead RFQs, tenders, and supplier negotiations to achieve the best balance of quality, service, cost, timing, and risk.
Business Partnership & CoordinationCollaborate with Facility Management, Real Estate, EHS, HR, Finance, Operations, Security, and Plant Management teams to understand requirements and support business priorities.
Coordinate procurement activities to ensure alignment with budgets, project timelines, and operational needs.
