- FACES Engineering is seeking a BIM Specialist / BIM Coordinator to join our design team in Valeggio sul Mincio (VR). You will be involved in the development of structural projects in a BIM environment and in the implementation and evolution of company BIM standards.What We’re Looking For:
BIM Specialist:
- Good knowledge of Revit
- Knowledge of or interest in BIM development for structural engineering, including creation of structural families
- Knowledge of UNI 11337 standards
- Familiarity with IFC export methods, BIM Collaborate (formerly BIM 360), and collaboration workflows within CDE platforms
- Interest in research, development, and implementation of company BIM standards
- Interest or experience in parametric design using Dynamo and/or Grasshopper is considered a plus
- Collaborative mindset with strong commitment to deadlines and project quality standards

BIM Coordinator:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Solid experience in Revit-based design (BIM Level 2), particularly in structural engineering




- Knowledge of or interest in BIM development for structural engineering, including creation of structural families
- Knowledge of UNI 11337 standards
- Understanding of BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and ability to coordinate with design teams and clients accordingly
- Familiarity with IFC export methods, BIM Collaborate, and collaboration workflows within CDE platforms
- Interest in research, development, and implementation of company BIM standards
- Interest or experience in parametric design using Dynamo and/or Grasshopper is considered a plus
- Knowledge of cost estimation software (Primus/STR) is considered a plus
- Collaborative mindset with strong commitment to deadlines and project quality standards

Languages:
- Fluency in both English and Italian (required)
