Casa Laveni is the first boutique hotel in Milan by Bohopo Group, an international hospitality group with over 11 hotels across Europe. Located in Via dei Bossi, just a few steps from Milan’s Duomo square, Casa Laveni is a new boutique hospitality project focused on service quality and on placing the guest at the center of the experience.

For our opening team, we are currently looking for a:
Front Office & Concierge Agent Rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Managing Front Office activities (check-in / check-out)
- Handling reservations and using the PMS
- Welcoming guests and providing personalized concierge service
- Recommending restaurants, events and experiences in Milan
- Coordinating daily operations with the housekeeping team

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in boutique or luxury hotels
- Fluency in Italian and English:




- Knowledge of an additional foreign language (French, Spanish or Arabic preferred)
- Strong service mindset, accuracy, and flexibility

What We Offer
- Full-time contract from 27 april 2026 (3 or 6 months with possibility of renewal)
- Shift schedule:07:00-15:30 / 15:00-23:30 (30-minute break included) + 2/3 night shiftsper week
- Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off per week.

Retribuzione: €26.000,00 all'anno
