Scope- The role of Regional Director of Product Strategy leads the strategy across Southern Europe, with responsibility for the full Tax & Accounting portfolio at a regional level, as well as APIs and cross-domain platforms.- The role is accountable for defining, executing, and aligning product strategy in markets with diverse regulatory, competitive, and maturity contexts.- It reports directly to the VP/GM at regional or global level and works in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Services, and other key functions.- With a short-, mid-, and long-term perspective, the position ensures both immediate results and sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Definition:
- Shape and communicate the regional product vision in alignment with corporate strategy.- Define investment priorities (R&D;, acquisitions, new functionalities, verticalization).- Ensure strong competitive positioning in all relevant market segments (SME, Corporate, TA´s, BPO´s)

Portfolio Management:
- Continuously assess portfolio performance (growth KPIs, profitability,



cloud adoption, usage).- Make decisions on portfolio consolidation, divestment, or expansion.- Oversee migration from legacy to cloud, ensuring efficiency, continuity, and client satisfaction.

Go-to-Market & Revenue Growth:
- Define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies adapted to diverse customer segments and geographies.- Partner with Marketing and Sales to secure clear value messaging and differentiation.- Drive vertical strategies (Hospitality, Agriculture, Construction, etc.) to accelerate growth opportunities.

Regional Leadership:
- Act as the “voice of product” in the region for strategic customers, partners, resellers, and industry bodies.- Represent the region at corporate and global leadership forums, bringing insights and defending local needs.- Lead multicultural, cross-functional teams, developing talent and fostering collaboration.
