Mission

Drive performance, strategic alignment and innovation across the entire Oncology Business Unit by leading the national Innovation & Healthcare Solutions capability, enabling field execution excellence,



and ensuring the effective deployment of HQ strategies at local level. This role acts as a strategic connector between Franchise Leads, BUH, BI&A;, Market Access, Medical, and the IHSM field teams—ensuring coordinated execution, data-driven decision making and impactful engagement with healthcare stakeholders. This position provides direct leadership to all Innovation & Healthcare Solution Managers (IHSMs) across the oncology portfolio

Key Responsibilities

Performance Leadership & Resource Optimization
- Provide national oversight of asset performance, working closely with BUH, BI&A;, and Franchise Leads to identify systemic barriers and opportunities for growth.
- Define frameworks and priorities to guide IHSMs in focusing field efforts on high-value activities, optimizing resource allocation and driving operational excellence.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives across the BU, promoting a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
