Responsibilities
- Conduct forensic investigations related to fraud, misconduct, bribery & corruption, cybercrime,



and other regulatory or financial irregularities, including evidence collection, analysis, and reporting;
- Support fraud risk management and corporate compliance activities, including the design, assessment, and enhancement of anti-fraud frameworks;
- Assist clients in preventing, identifying, and responding to legislative, regulatory, and procedural violations, whistleblowing reports, complaints, and other allegations of misconduct;
- Perform data-driven analyses (such as transaction testing, pattern analysis, red-flag identification) to detect anomalies, suspicious behaviors, and control weaknesses;
- Contribute to the resolution of disputes and contentious matters, including support to external advisors;
- Conduct business intelligence and background checks on natural persons and legal entities using public-domain information and open-source intelligence (OSINT).
