To support our growth, we are looking for a:
QSE MANAGER ITALY (F/M)
_ Long term contract - Rome (ITALY)_
Within the Italian team, you'll ensure the implementation, deployment and continuous improvement of the Group Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Management System across its perimeter, in alignment with REDEN’s Group QSE strategy and processes.
Your main tasks will be:
TO DEPLOY AND FOLLOW-UP THE QSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- Plan and conduct internal audits on construction sites and O&M; activities, documenting findings and ensuring follow‑up.
- Analyse incidents and non‑conformities, driving corrective and preventive actions through to completion.
- Communicate QSE requirements and action plans clearly to Italian teams while providing hands‑on guidance to managers.
- Adapt Group procedures to the Italian regulatory context and monitor complia
