We are a warm and respectful family based in Milan city centre seeking a highly experienced, passionate, and professional live-in nanny to join our household from the end of February 2026, as our current nanny will be leaving.

This is a long-term opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional who genuinely loves working with young children and is confident in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Position Details
- Salary: €3,000 - €3,500 per month (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM
- Accommodation: Private separate apartment (bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen) provided in Milan city centre
- Minimum Commitment: 1 year
- Strong background in Early Years Education (previous teaching experience highly preferred)
- Native English speaker with a clear,



professional accent
- Valid EU work permit
- Valid driving licence
- Outstanding, verifiable references
- Highly reliable, organised, and fully committed
- Genuine passion for childcare and child development
