Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- You are accountable for Intake activities among many customers in many countries
- You are managing the governance of the internal projects like investment, internal efficiency and compliance
- You are part of a team helping each others
- You set and implement standards across the team of the department




- You maintain and improve a holistic Portfolio within the department to ensure transparency and steering of the entire project portfolio with regards to financials, scope, time and risks across all teams involved.
- You analyze revenue and cost of the department in order to provide input for the overall reporting (sprint, people equation, investco, etc.)
- You maintain and continuously improve overarching steering and governance topics such as capacity management, risk management, continuous improvement and budgeting in close collaboration with the department head and the other teams
- You act as PMO helping program manager and project manager to organize the work
- You act as junior Project Manager, with the aim to grow in project management for internal project (internal efficiency, compliance) and also customer project.
