Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & ForecastingCoordinate the annual budgeting process across multiple entities.
Lead periodic forecasting cycles.
Consolidate and challenge financial assumptions from operational and commercial stakeholders.
Prepare financial models, scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend corrective actions.
Support the Finance Director in the design and implementation of an industrial controlling framework.
Performance ManagementDevelop and maintain operational and financial KPI dashboards.
Analyze performance versus Budget, Forecast and Prior Year.
Identify business risks and performance improvement opportunities.
Support monthly business reviews and management presentations.
Monitor profitability, working capital and operational performance indicators.
Business PartneringAct as a finance business partner to Site Directors and management teams. Collaborate closely with Operations and Commercial functions.
Facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.
Support strategic initiatives and investment evaluations.
Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial insight.
Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop management reporting tools and dashboards.
Support the evolution of business intelligence and data visualization capabilities.
