Agoda’s Marketing organization is highly data-driven and uses experimentation, technology and analytics to create measurable value across markets and channels.
Marketing has successfully developed a strong bottom-up culture of AI adoption, with teams using GenAI to improve analysis, reporting,
campaign operations, content development and other recurring workflows. We are now establishing a small Marketing AI Products team to take the next step: turning the most valuable cross-team opportunities into reliable, scalable and widely adopted products.
The team will focus on a small number of high-impact “lighthouse” initiatives while Marketing sub-teams continue to develop and own their everyday, team-specific AI use cases. Initial opportunity areas include experiment analysis, business reporting and monitoring, campaign operations, creative workflows and SEO/AEO content.
