Job Purpose

The resource will join the Italian Business Development and Marketing team and will provide support to the Firm by developing the Italian business strategy and priorities aimed at retaining and further developing the client portfolio and expanding the market positioning and perception of the Firm towards the key stakeholders (clients, legal market, financial community, media).

Key responsibilities

The resource, reporting to the Italy Business Development, Marketing & Communications Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:
- Preparation of strategic BD materials: client meetings and presentations, analysis of prospective clients and sectors/markets
- Pitching & Proposals: preparation of pitch documents and/or the administrative aspects of Italian public tenders
- Management and update of BD databases
- Legal directories and submissions process
- Support in organising client facing events and conferences

Working closely with the Italy BD & Marketing Manager and the BD Italian team, and collaborate closely with the BD teams of the global network
