The Impact You'll Make:
You will act as a technical liaison between customers and Danfoss internal teams, ensuring that compressor integrations, system designs, and performance qualifications meet or exceed customer expectations. This role allows you to influence both product performance and customer success across global markets.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for OEM customers, building strong long‑term partnerships.
- Lead training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; specialization in Thermodynamics is an asset.
- Experience in HVAC&R; design or service.
- Knowledge of Modbus, RS232, RS485, CAN bus.
- Familiarity with industry standards.
- Strong multicultural communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong problem‑solving and written/oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering tools.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 35%, up to 50% during peak periods).
- Fluent in English.
