We are looking for a Sales Lead for Nord-West Italy. In this role, you will be a key player in driving regional sales, managing strategic client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution within high-value and technical construction environments. You’ll operate at the intersection of business development, technical advisory, and project coordination. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners across the insulation and waterproofing business.
Proactively engaging in specification sales and prospecting activities to expand diverse client portfolio’s across a predefined area.
Expanding the client base and penetrating new market segments.
Building and maintaining strong,



long-term relationships with key stakeholders including clients, project owners, architects, project developers and strategic installers.
Ensuring effective project follow-up, including coordination of deliveries and management of customer claims.
Product Oversight & Site Follow-up: monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and product compliance, quality and customer satisfaction.
Use data to win: manage pipelines, opportunities, and ensure all client and site interactions through CRM & Power BI to increase efficiency.
Providing technical & commercial support tailored to client needs.
Relevant commercial experience in specification and / or project Sales. Understands that all business opportunities begin with a knowledge of creating value for the customer.
Ability to work in an international matrix organization
Ability to lead one’s own work and solution-oriented approach.
