Adecco Consultant Milano, on behalf of a company specialized in managing customer care services for leading international brands, is looking for aCustomer Care Specialist.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality support experience while effectively representing the values and image of the brands managed by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer requests through multiple channels, includingemail, phone and chat;
Provide information, assistance andpost-sales support;
Handle customer reports, complaints and requests, ensuringeffective and timely resolution;
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction;
Represent the assigned brands consistently with their values and communication standards.
Requirements & Skills:
Fluency or Mother Tongue in at least twoof the following languages:English, French, German;
Italian isnot required;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strongcustomer orientationand a service-minded approach;




Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer requests effectively;
Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
What We Offer:

Annual gross salary (RAL): €21,000;
