Il ruolo All’interno del Team Sports di HAVAS PLAY siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Sports Marketing Manager con una forte passione per il mondo dello sport, capacità di coordinamento progettuale e spiccata attitudine relazionale e commerciale.

La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo di relazioni con clienti e prospect, nell’individuazione di opportunità di business e nella trasformazione di queste opportunità in progetti e partnership di valore, coordinandone l’implementazione insieme ai team interni.

Responsabilità principali

- Gestire e sviluppare le relazioni con i clienti interni al Gruppo Havas, individuando opportunità di crescita e nuove progettualità;
- Contribuire alla definizione, elaborazione e presentazione di proposte e progetti di sport sponsorship, comunicazione e brand partnership, coordinando il contributo dei team interni coinvolti;
- Contribuire all’identificazione e allo sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business attraverso attività di networking, scouting e relazione con prospect e stakeholder del mercato sportivo;
- Monitorare il mercato sportivo, le principali property e i trend del settore per identificare nuove occasione di investimento e collaborazione;
- Assicurare il corretto coordinamento tra clienti, partner e team interni durante tutte le fasi progettuali, monitorando l’avanzamento delle attività e garantendo il rispetto di tempistiche, priorità e budget concordati.

Requisiti

- Laurea in Marketing, Economia, Comunicazione o discipline affini; 3-5 anni di esperienza (inclusi eventuali percorsi di stage) in ambito sport marketing, sponsorship, eventi, marketing o comunicazione;
- Interesse per le attività di business development e per la costruzione di relazioni commerciali;
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti e nel coordinamento di stakeholder interni ed esterni;




- Ottime capacità organizzative, relazionali e di gestione simultanea di più attività;
- Approccio proattivo, orientato alla soluzione e ai risultati;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel;
- Passione per il mondo dello sport e conoscenza dell’ecosistema delle sponsorship sportive.

Il pacchetto retributivo proposto è determinato in base a criteri oggettivi e trasparenti, e tiene conto dei requisiti richiesti, complessità del ruolo, riferimenti di mercato ed equilibrio interno.
