**Hiring country**:_ Germany International Additive Manufacturing service company is looking for a
**business development manager** for hiring that will own the go-to-market strategy in Germany, driving new client acquisitions and focus on building new long-lasting business relations.
- Main tasks_: - Acquisition of new leads in the segments of design, engineering, and manufacturing and drive them to new customers.
- Identifying target clients to initiate contact, identifying the key client personnel and stakeholders
- Perform physical on-site presentations.
- Maximize sales in the region with a focus on Metal AM components, including the full range of services offered.
- Manage clients through the pipeline in order to maximize sales and deliver accurate forecast
- Support existing customers, by generating revenue through cross-sell and up-sell activities
- Delivering accurate forecasts and reports as required by the management
- Qualifications_: - At least 4-5 years experience in a similar sales role, with deep experience selling mechanical,



high value, manufacturing services
- Nice to have previous working experience in 3D Printing
- Technical Knowledge - you hold a degree in mechanical engineering or a similar technical degree.
- Demonstrate business development skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated and a highly collaborative team player.
- Work independently and with minimum guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (spoken and written) and native-level proficiency in German.
- Travel requirement about 50% (as required / flexible) Engineering Degree preferred
