For our Client, important european Company leader in the **Tyre Industry**, for the opening of the **eCommerce Start-up** in the Italian market, we are looking for the following Profile:
**MARKETING MANAGER
**Posizione**:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will design and implement the marketing strategy. You will be responsable for both online and offline marketing activities to grow visitors and conversion. **Your mainly responsibilities will focus on**: - Traffic generation;
- Cost per acquisition management;
- Website customer experience (flow, pages, layout, etc.);
- Digital content creator;
- Performace measurement across all channels (dashboard, analysis, etc.);
- Digital & content marketing Agencies management; **Requisiti**:




**Requirements for the position**: - Minimum 3 years of work experience;
- Solid experience of traffic management, marketing and online levers;
- Experience Paid Search strategy and campaign management (Ad, shopping) ideally for an eCommerce site whatever the industry;
- Ability to investigate large data sets, identify trends and drive insights;
- Fluent in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel;
