ecoprime Italia is looking for a Junior Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Milan and support the management and performance optimisation of our clients’ renewable energy portfolios (photovoltaic and wind assets).
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior professional or recent graduate who is interested in building a long-term career in renewable energy asset management and becoming an integral part of our team.
The role offers the opportunity to gradually take on increasing responsibilities and develop a solid understanding of renewable energy asset management within an international environment.
Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progressively develop their responsibilities, gaining deeper expertise in asset management, renewable energy operations, and portfolio optimisation.
ecoprime is a group of companies operating in the renewable energy sector, with expertise in EPC, operation & maintenance, asset management, and investment advisory services. We manage a portfolio of renewable energy plants, including photovoltaic, wind, concentrated solar power (CSP), and gas power plants, located throughout Italy.
ecoprime Italia, part of the ecoprime Group headquartered in Hamburg (Germany), has its legal office in Milan, with additional offices in Rome and Palermo.
As part of the Asset Management team, you will support the operational, technical, and administrative activities related to renewable energy assets, including:
Supporting the Asset Management team in the daily management of photovoltaic and wind portfolios
Collecting, organising, and maintaining technical, contractual, and administrative documentation
Updating monitoring files, databases, and internal reports
Supporting coordination with suppliers, contractors, and external consultants
Performing data verification, reporting activities, and document archiving
Providing general organisational and operational support to the team
Degree, diploma, or equivalent studies in Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or another relevant discipline. Candidates with different educational backgrounds who demonstrate strong analytical skills and an interest in renewable energy are also encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to approach new topics and changing priorities
Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn, develop new skills, and expand knowledge across different areas of renewable energy asset management
Ability and motivation to integrate into a team and actively contribute to a collaborative working environment
Good command of English
Previous professional experience is welcome but not mandatory — motivation, commitment, and willingness to learn are highly valued
