COUNTRY LEAD ITALY
The Country Lead is a pivotal role responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company’s operations within Italy. As a Country Lead in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement country-specific strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Drive business growth by expanding into new markets and optimizing operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, customers, suppliers, and partners. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee employees and contractors, managing their performance and development.
Financial Oversight:



Manage the country’s profit and loss (P&L;) statement, ensuring profitability and cost control. Monitor budget performance and financial metrics.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement best practices for quality and safety.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and effective time management. In-depth knowledge of Italian’s culture, customs, and business practices. Fluency in Italian and English.
Objectives: Develop and execute a country-specific strategy in alignment with company goals. Achieve sales targets and market share growth in Italy. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners. Ensure compliance with local regulations.
